Tire Manufacturing Plant - 1.24MW PV Project in Chonburi, Thailand

We're in Thailand once again! This time, we are working on a tire manufacturing plant with 1.24MW photovoltaic power plant in Chonburi. Equipped with 1118 AMCL Smart RSD and 15 ADCU transmitter kit, to increase the overall plant safety and operation efficiency.

 •When it comes to safety, our AMCL RSD are absolutely awesome! It supports rapid module-level shutdown, and when an emergency occurs, the system voltage can be reduced to below 80V in 30 seconds, which completely meets Thailand's safety standards, and truly helps customers enjoy peace of mind on electricity and production stability. 
 •In O&M, through the AndSolar Cloud Platform, customers can see the status of each PV module in real time, and key parameters such as voltage, current, power, generation, temperature can be seen at a glance. The 1: 1 virtual plant technology also helps them quickly find faulty modules among the 2,234 PV modules when the needs arise, making operation simple and efficient.

This project not only helped customers significantly reduce their energy costs, but also provided strong support for their green sustainability goals. We are very pleased to see how our solutions have yielded such significant results for our customers!
