Case Study: 1.88MW Rooftop Solar Project Enhances Energy Sustainability and Safety at Rubber Factory in Surat Thani, Thailand
As a leader in industrial solar solutions, we recently completed a groundbreaking 1.88MW rooftop solar installation for a rubber manufacturing facility in Surat Thani, Thailand. This project not only underscores our expertise in large-scale solar integration but also highlights our innovative approach to precision management and safety assurance in commercial PV systems.
Precision Management Breakthrough:
To optimize energy output and system reliability, we deployed 19 Gateways and 1,432 rapid shutdown devices (RSD). This system enables real-time monitoring of each solar panel, collecting data on voltage, power, temperature, and energy yield. This allows the factory to identify inefficiencies, predict maintenance needs, and adjust operations dynamically— comparing using AndSolar Cloud and achieving a 50% boost in O&M efficiency compared to conventional setups.
Uncompromised Safety Standards:
Safety remains a core priority. The integration of RSDs ensures instant shutdown of DC power within seconds during emergencies, mitigating fire risks and protecting both personnel and equipment. Our system complies with international safety certifications and features redundant fail-safes, setting a new benchmark for industrial PV safety in Southeast Asia.
By combining cutting-edge technology with rigorous safety protocols, we’re redefining industrial solar management. This Surat Thani project initiative exemplifies our commitment to delivering safe, smart, and efficient solutions for global industries.
